EXECUTIVE AND ONLINE MARKETING ASSISTANT

THE BRAND:

I am a Lightworker who, using a Method of combining Science,  Mysticism and Spirituality, guide people through DNA Upgrade Activation Healings and am a Life Transformational Leader and Mentor.  This is a Brand that I created from the ground-up solely off of social media, that has quickly grown over the last 5 years to a now world-wide reach. I am incredibly passionate about my purpose and the mission of the brand, have a million ideas and a current team around me that are all virtual. The Brand is currently stepping up into a new level, and while doing so I am finding I need that in-person support to be added to the team to really get our message out to the masses even faster and more efficiently.

WHO THE POSITION IS FOR:

You are a rare individual. You LOVE to serve and problem-solve! You will be responsible for "wowing" our community, clients and business partners through high-vibe/engaging graphics for social media, email and messenger while providing amazing support, managing my calendar, booking podcast guests, aiding with course launches, curating our email newsletter and helping to organize overseas and domestic experiences. You thrive in understanding the latest social media trends and have an eye for style.  Most importantly, you're willing to learn anything, you're capable of adjusting on the fly, and you can run through any wall in front of you. NO TASK IS "BELOW" YOU AND NO TASK IS TOO BIG FOR YOU!

THE LOCATION: Virtual 

ROLES: (but not limited to)

• Social Media Management: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

• YouTube management

• Social Media Graphics (still and active)

• Organizing Content Calendar

• Management of back-end online marketing pieces: Kajabi, Convertkit, WordPress, Zappier, Facebook, Podcast Marketing Materials

• Coordinating Podcast interviews

• Creating marketing pieces for Social Media

• Scheduling and handling travel coordination details

• Email Management

• Engaging with online community 

MUST HAVES:

• The ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally if needed.

• Reliable WiFi

• Tech savvy. If you hate figuring that stuff out, this probably isn’t the right role for you.

• Driven to support a big vision and someone else's mission. Ie: if you want to be an Entrepreneur and start your own Business this isn't the position for you.
